1. Agreement to Terms

By inviting, accessing, or using the Wamoone Discord bot, dashboard, or associated services (collectively, the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the bot and remove it from your Discord servers.

2. Eligibility and Discord Policy Compliance

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times while using Wamoone. Any attempt to use our bot to exploit, harass, spam, or violate Discord's platform rules is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from our Service.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

When interacting with Wamoone and its dashboard features, you agree not to:

• Invite, operate, or maintain the bot within any explicit, age-restricted (18+), adult, or NSFW-focused Discord servers. Wamoone strictly prohibits its presence and use in servers dedicated to adult or sexually explicit content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the bot API or backend systems.
• Spam commands, bypass rate limits, or disrupt service uptime for other servers.
• Upload malicious, harmful, sexually explicit, or unlawful image URLs through custom card backgrounds or branding features.
• Use automated scripts or unauthorized third-party tooling to artificially manipulate experience, message counts, or leaderboard rankings.

4. Virtual Perks and Donations

Wamoone provides core bot functionality without mandatory paywalls. Optional perks, cosmetic customizations, or Donator benefits made available to supporters are provided as tokens of appreciation for supporting hosting and active development. All donations or support contributions are final, non-refundable, and do not grant ownership over the bot or its assets.

5. Service Availability and Termination

We strive for maximum uptime and reliability, but Wamoone is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to any server or user at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
